Elias Pekkola

Dr. Elias Pekkola works as a university lecturer at the School of Management, University of Tampere. Pekkola’s track record includes several articles and books on academic work, academic profession and HR-policy in Finnish context. Pekkola serves as an academic coordinator of Nordic master programme on innovative governance and has acted in various expert roles in Finland and in international projects on academic work, careers and profession.

 

Jussi Kivistö

Dr. Jussi Kivistö is University Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at Higher Education Group, Faculty of Management, University of Tampere. His research interests are related to funding of higher education, higher education management, governance and policy. Over the past 15 years of his academic career, Kivistö has published around 60 publications in the field of higher education governance and policy, he has served as an academic coordinator of several academic programmes (non-degree and master’s programmes in higher education management and administration) and acted in various expert/consultant roles in Finland and abroad (e.g. as a consultant for the World Bank).
